I practice Lifestyle Medicine because I am passionate about empowering individuals to reach their optimal health and wellbeing through proven lifestyle changes. I use an integrative and multidisciplinary approach where possible for best possible health outcomes for my patients. Not only do I practice Lifestyle Medicine, but I teach future learners about Lifestyle Medicine, conduct research in Lifestyle Medicine education and advocate for Lifestyle Medicine to be the foundation of health care delivery within Canada (and globally).
