I believe nutrition education needs to be personalized. I draw upon years of clinical and community practice as well as diverse and inclusive food theory applications. My training draws upon applied human nutrition, health education, and lifespan optimization. I am conversant in physical and mental health including chronic condition self management practices. More recently, I have tried to integrate this with prevention and management of communicable (infectious) diseases.
