BeWell Health and performance was born in June 2020 during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic by founders Linda Gamboa and Kyle Horgan when they were frustrated with the health industry not addressing the root cause of their clients' pain and frustration. With a combined experience of 15 years in the industry, Kyle and Linda are learning as much as possible to better serve their clients using kinesiotherapy, nutrition coaching and soft tissue release.
