I believe that everyone has their own unique optimal state and is capable of having healthy relationships. My holistic approach to mental wellness combines relationship attachment with mindfulness and elements of cognitive behavioural therapy. My approach helps to increase self-awareness and create new relationship and behaviour patterns.
Individuals in counselling can explore personal challenges with anxiety, mood, relationships, stress and confidence, and learn to process their emotions in a safe space. Couples in therapy can safely explore their relationship in a safe and supportive environment based on mutual respect, trust and collaboration.
I am a certified Gottman Seven Principles Leader and have completed Level 1 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am also a certified Gottman Leader for The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Couples Workshop.
