Practice Philosophy:

I lead women through a 90 day program to reach their health goals using mindfulness techniques such as meditation and breathwork. We work together one on one once a week to discuss and implement small habit changes. We will focus on developing a deep and clear relationship with self that will cultivate a true and unwavering self love. My mission is to help women heal their relationship with food and expose other limiting beliefs that are standing in the way of creating the life of their dreams.
