I’ve been a practicing RMT since graduating the 3000 hour Massage Therapy program at WCCMT Victoria in 2003. My career has provided me the opportunity to gain experience in physiotherapy and massage therapy clinics, as well as the good fortune of being able to travel abroad and work in luxury spas. Spending over 20k plus hours of working with people one on one, massage therapy has offered me a deeper understanding of the value in human connection. My treatments vary with the therapeutic goals of my clients. I incorporate a variety of deep tissue, Swedish, range of motion, stretching, and fascial techniques (such as the CoAT method), blending these into a strong, yet relaxing flow. . For injury-based treatments I will utilize whichever combination of techniques is appropriate. Treatments are tailored to my client’s needs with a focus on educating and empowering them with exercises and home care to allow them to take charge of their own health and wellness.
