I believe that all of us posses strength and resilience that can support us when facing life challenges. In my practice, I provide unconditional regard and consider it my honour to walk along side my clients as they navigate their unique journeys.
I am trained in EMDR and use a variety of different modalities to assist the needs of my clients. I am currently in the process of becoming a TRE certified provider as well as a clinical hypnotherapist.
I believe that when we are willing to look at our experience with honesty and bravery; we are able to gather invaluable information about how it has contributed to how we see ourselves. The choice to let go of what no longer serves us becomes more clear then and more attainable.
