I Provide client-centred and evidence-based psychotherapy services to youth and adults. I apply an integrated approach to psychotherapy which is based on the psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, family systems, emotional-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural and solution-focussed therapies which is dependent on a client's individual needs.
