I help women regain control of their weight, strength and overall well-being, by improving their lifestyle habits, nutrition, exercise, and providing on-going support and accountability. I teach bodyweight exercises that make at-home workouts simple and fun. As a 50-something myself, I understand the unique challenge that menopause and aging present to women and how important it is for women to feel good about themselves, mentally and physically. My goal is to help women enjoy being fit, healthy, and confident, inside and out. I believe women can re-claim their bodies at any age and live happier, healthier lives.
