I am a Pelvic Floor physiotherapist working in the Comox Valley. I am passionate about working with clients from all areas of pelvic rehab with a special interest in treating pelvic pain conditions, prenatal care and getting postpartum clients back to sport and activity. My treatment approach uses a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue work, exercise prescription and education to help my clients achieve their best outcomes. I treat you as a whole person not just a pelvis.
