I work from a holistic perspective taking into account the diversity of humans and our experiences. We all experience pains in our lifetime, and for some of us the pain started in childhood. I know it takes strength and courage to reach out for support. We enter therapy hoping for deeper insight and healing by telling our story. We prepare to be vulnerable in a safe space to heal our wounds. I am an affiliate counsellor with Jennifer Michaud & Associates INC. We feel honoured to provide a welcoming, safe and healing space for clients. I have 6 years of experience in the mental health field, supporting clients as they reclaim their power. I provide evidence and research-based interventions when clients communicate who they are, and what they want in life. I empathetically sit with clients as they grieve their past. I encourage clients to reconnect with themselves and others.
